Everything Bagel Deviled Eggs
Ingredients: Serves 6-8
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 1 tbsp green onion, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Boil the Eggs:
Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn off the heat, cover, and let sit for 10-12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath and cool for 5 minutes. - Prepare the Filling:
Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash with a fork, then mix in cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth. - Fill the Eggs:
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. - Top with Everything Bagel Flavor:
