Everything Bagel Deviled Eggs

Ingredients: Serves 6-8

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tbsp green onion, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil the Eggs:
    Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn off the heat, cover, and let sit for 10-12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath and cool for 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Filling:
    Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash with a fork, then mix in cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Fill the Eggs:
    Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Top with Everything Bagel Flavor:
    Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and green onion. Serve immediately or chill for later.
