Ingredients: Yields (1) 9-inch pie
Crust:
- 24 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 5 tbsp melted butter
Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup crème de menthe
- 2 tbsp crème de cacao (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Few drops green food coloring (optional)
- 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip)
Topping:
- Extra whipped topping
- Chocolate shavings or crushed cookies
Instructions
- Crust: Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into a 9” pie dish; chill.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in crème de menthe, crème de cacao, vanilla, and food coloring. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust; chill 4+ hours.
- Topping: Spread or pipe extra whipped topping over pie. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
