Ingredients: Serves 4
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 whole head of garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for roasting garlic)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (or olive oil for a lighter version)
- ¼ cup heavy cream (or milk for a lighter option)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra richness)
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (or ½ tsp dried)

- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
